We’ve improved immensely as a team with his scoring going down.

It was just good for us to play solid basketball. We had been struggling lately, even though we were winning some games. We got a great effort from everyone we put out on the floor.

I thought we were able to force them into some quick shots, and luckily they weren’t hitting them. They have some excellent shooters and tonight the ball wasn’t going in for them.

We wanted to establish Anthony [Robertson] inside early. Even though we didn’t score a lot in the first quarter, we were able to establish Anthony inside and that opened things up for us outside.

I thought once we were able to rebound, and get the first defensive rebound, that we’d be able to get some opportunities to run in transition. And I think that’s what got us going in...

To end the regular season 5-15 last year and turn around to 15-5 is just a tremendous accomplishment for our team.
