Knowing that a team is better than you and they beat you, you can live with that. We just beat ourselves.

Everybody’s got the ultimate confidence in Rick and knows he’s going to do his job. He’s out there having fun. When we were down 21 points, he came into the huddle and said a joke....

We expect him to be in our stuff, the way he should be. He’s going to treat us like he treats a little kid. That’s what we need.

This spring is the time to correct those little things and make it a priority to do all the little things right.

I think the problem last year was people were taking the pressure the wrong way. We were pressing to make the big plays.
