He holds no hard feelings. A lot of times the truth is stranger than fiction. This is an unusual case. In 15 years, I have never seen anyone come up on these charges.
You may have a civil action against a developer, but you never have the right to go in the middle of someone’s yard and cut down their trees.
Where this citizen made an arrest and he (Hoffman) supposedly damaged trees, there would be absolutely no benefit to him.
