How could that trailer go out? Why the lack of concern? Where’s the empathy? Where’s the understanding?

Arab Muslims need to be part of the creative process, and they just aren’t. When (a vilified religious group) becomes part of the process, it becomes different – not necessarily positive, but balanced.

(It) indicates that this stereotype of Muslim Arabs in our society has reached a point where even members of our government have come to embrace it as well as audiences.
