Adjustments are being done through normal performance management, identification of overlapping or redundant efforts, removal of excess management layers, and ensuring we have the right skill sets aligned with our business priorities and growth objectives.

Software is a key enabler for organizations that are facing information growth, yet have to face [restricted] IT budgets.

This is being done because things are going well. We met or exceeded our expectations for every quarter of the year.

Are we gearing up to start developing that land? The answer is no, not at this time. We don’t have a timetable for a new campus right now.
