We were playing not lose instead of playing to win. When you play not to lose, then your offense is controlled. We made some poor decisions. It’s not over until the fat lady sings.

We did do some good things (late).

We didn’t quit and we hung in there. We didn’t lie down and die.

You still have to play to win. Losing can’t be an option.

We acted like social services, just giving the ball away.

We needed more people to step up and score. I was displeased with the defense down the stretch, but we know we’re going to have to turn things around to make a run at state.

I’ve got to give credit to Berryville for keeping on even when they were down by 17 points.
