The problem with these types of witnesses is they can collapse like wet cardboard boxes. Inmate testimony doesn’t have that great a ring of credibility.

The government better go to school and learn how confusing all that was for the jury.

I would think this is a long shot, trying to get the Court of Appeals to stop this trial. The defense has a better chance of having a stay granted than winning on the merits...
