We are concerned about the fraud allegations. We are waiting to see what the elections commission comes out with. For the time being, we have not seen widespread fraud.

The biggest challenge is to be able to respond to the needs of the population. They’ve got to be able to provide the basic services. Otherwise, there will be simmering unrest.

They won’t be free to choose the people they would necessarily want in their government … There will be a lot of horse-trading going on.
