We kept using ball screens, letting Joe create.
I was calling a play but wished we had a timeout. With nine seconds left and down by three, we were taking a look at three. But they guarded pretty well.
We went to a 1-3-1 and changed the tempo of the game. We don’t use it often for long stretches, but we tried to shift the momentum.
We’ve developed a nice rivalry with Rutgers Prep. It’s two good teams, a lot of the kids know each other, and this game means an awful lot to them.
