I’ve always been a servant at heart. I like watching people enjoy a healthy meal. We, as Southerners, use food as a way of life.
We cook the kind of foods you eat at home. They’re not fancy or complicated. Besides, you can’t trust a skinny cook.
And besides, Geneva was here. I love history.
This has all been a blessing. I asked God to send good people here to work. And we have experienced servers.
Everything else is a big warehouse or fast food. The food is home-made. But we will also have our food out in a reasonable amount of time.
