As coaches, I think Jim (Miller) and I are pretty happy with where we’re at in the program, … We had a team meeting at the beginning of the year and laid out some goals.

These guys love to play the game, … It’s very easy to coach when they love what they are doing.

It makes them feel good about who and what they are when you go the extra mile for them,

Last year, we came into the season with no expectations. This year, the expectations got higher and next year they will get even higher. We’re trying to build a program here, not just a team.

It makes the world a lot smaller.
