This guy and his case were so highly publicized (every other inmate) in reception knew who he was and what he did.

We don’t know if they were in that group and kind of went a different direction, or if they were ahead of that group.

He potentially could be a witness, those types of things, so we can’t really name him.

I talked with the people down there this morning and they said he is functioning fine in the institution.

I can’t comment any further on how the decision was reached.

It was very difficult for that manned tower to actually see there because of the lighting. The lighting lights the ground very well, but it doesn’t light the wall very well.
