We are pleased the court decided the Indiana Constitution prohibits the Evansville school corporation from imposing a fee for programs and services that are essential to young Hoosiers’ education.

We have no idea. We will never know, because so much being done by the federal government now is shrouded in secrecy.

Michael should have been released for that crime long ago. But even though he’s on heavy psychotropic medication, Michael has never been able to adjust to prison life.

In my mind, there’s nothing our generation should be more ashamed of than people with severe mental illness being punished for a disease they can’t do anything about.
