They’re all in different stages of critical. A couple of areas are failing and a couple more were not functioning as they should so they were put on the ticket to be fixed.

I can’t spend the federal money first. It’s a short-term loan to spend their money so we can get the federal money.

What we’re doing now is finishing up the final design work like surveying and mapping. We might put it out to bid in a month or five weeks. Hopefully we’ll be in summer when work...

The state has a real low interest, they’re real easy to work with and they’re really quick. It facilitated getting the project moving.
