They pitched very well. They probably don’t get the respect they’re due as prototype pitchers. They’re not throwers — they’re not going to light up any radar guns — but they’re very apt at pitching.

Probably one of the best hitting hands that I’ve worked with in baseball or softball. She’s got a little pop in her bat. She should do some exciting things here for a couple of years....

I think we’re on the upswing. I definitely do.

She may not be the most imposing figure on the field, but no one comes to play like she does.
