Pilots might strike, take spontaneous job actions or just quit. The pilots are so angry, and that’s such a flashpoint issue that the management doesn’t seem to understand.

I’m glad it passed because it gives us a chance to negotiate a comprehensive agreement outside the court process.

It barely passed, and it shows the pilots are not in favor of giving the company anything more. That’s the smallest margin that anything has ever been passed by Delta pilots.

That’s the line-in-the-sand issue for Delta pilots. If they force something through like that, the airline could just disintegrate.
