I guarantee you it’s going to change here, it will change. I believe it’s going to get better. I really believe that.

We’re a young team, we’re re-building, and we’re certainly trying to teach the kids and make sure they remain positive.

I don’t want them focusing on wins and losses right now. Make the kids understand we’re building.

Our goal was to get to the tournament. We can still do that.

They’ve seen a major difference from last year to this year.

Every game we played our hits have gone up.

He’s getting a lot of praise from opposing coaches and umpires. He’s pretty much an assistant coach right now.

It’s just a matter of getting the system in, it’s not completely in yet…when the system gets in I think we’re going to show improvement.

We feel bad for him because we’re going to turn the program around and he’s not going to be around to see it. He’s going to be part of the foundation.

There is so much work to be done.

I really like the freshmen and sophomore classes right now. We have a very good core.

We have nowhere to go but up.
