Schulenburg seems heads and shoulders above everybody else. They’re 6-0 and they’ve put up a lot of points. But it’s going to take the rest of the four weeks to sort everything out.

Give me four weeks. Give me four weeks and call me back and I’ll tell you what I think.

We’re pretty fortunate at this point. We’ve made very few mistakes. We’re not a wide-open, spread-out offense. We’re trying to control the ball with high-percentage plays and move the ball down the field.

I’m sure the communities may feel that way. I have heard some about the rivalry. But I’m looking at it like we’re trying to win another district football game.
