The first thing they learn is discipline. You do what you’re told, and you behave and listen to instructions.

Most kids come in right off the bat, they want to put on a pair of gloves and beat on somebody. That’s not the way it works.

There’s some kids that are real hyper. No matter what you tell them, when that bell rings, they’re going to let it fly.

A lot of the kids come in with a lot of aggression. We usually try to calm them down and get them to think boxing.
