The problem is people keep speeding. We’re really concerned about kids using that school crossing. We want to give our police officers the ability to enforce the speed limit.

I just didn’t feel it was necessary for the homeowners association to pay for this, especially if we had the money in the budget. That’s bad public relations entirely.
