A lot of the girls can shoot as hard as the guys. (But) the boys are so much quicker and faster. And they shoot from everywhere. So it really helps us to always be ready....

We’ve been together since May basically and sometimes it was hell and I wanted to quit hockey. Right now, having this medal around my neck, that’s why I did it.

I don’t know if it’s enough or not. Of course, I really wish I could get the final, but if I don’t I’ll be the No. 1 fan of Kim St. Pierre.

I would love it. That’s what I’ve been working for. I’m not looking for the backup spot. I’m looking for the first spot.

I didn’t know what to expect, so just to play and to win and to push my team to the finals, that was my goal.
