We opened it up to a few invited people, everyone that was affected.

If people had read both forms, they would have understood they clearly said they can’t be combined with both offers. We’re not in the business of giving away products for free.

The store doesn’t feel like a men’s club anymore. Now women can walk in and be helped by women just as knowledgeable as guys.

It wasn’t that the store was completely ruined. It could have been repaired and reopened without a great deal of difficulty.
