I hate to be the bearer of bad news but all across the state, traffic mitigation fees are approaching $20,000 and even $30,000.

Through good will and cooperation.

The city of Plymouth wants to join and we believe by the end of this month, Amador City will join.

The revenues are expected to go from $600,000 to $1.6 million in ’05-’06.

They need millions of dollars to get that put into place.
