There really didn’t seem like we could do anything to stop them inside. Even when we had good defense, they would get the ball down low.

I don’t know. I’d probably kind of stay off, but then again? I’d probably stay off just a little, and have teammates help, I guess. I never thought about it before.

We just haven’t seen a team that quick. We weren’t really ready for it. I thought once we got into it though, as a team, we played pretty well.

I could not be more proud of her. I knew she practiced those shots for a reason.

It feels great. We came out and played really hard. Before the game, people were saying we were going to get blown out.

We tried. Gosh, we tried. No one gave up and we thought we had a chance until the last few seconds. The magic just ran out.

We played together like the whole season. But missed shots and turnovers beat us. We’ll be back at it next year.

The after-school program taught me a lot, because I stay out of trouble more now.
