Jeremy has been in a slump. I moved him down in the order, and he got to see some pitches and it paid off.

We had some good moments, and we had some bad moments. Jeremy threw very well in his first outing. We just couldn’t get the big runs in.

We walked too many, and we have to be more consistent around the plate. If we can develop that mental toughness, we’ll be right where we need to be.

Getting the lead was very important. I wanted the kids to get some confidence.
