Most staffing is taken care of in mid-February. We’re going to have it in by the end of the February so that they can get the process moving soon.

People wanted more hours. There wasn’t as much mention about online appointment systems or improving technology in general.

Eight to nine hours a day can get congested. We’d need to rotate more staff in and increase the number of clerical staff.

Of the people that were there, they gave us a sense of direction. We really hit all the key issues.
