It looks like the regime is using delaying tactics to avoid the current members of that court who are retiring on 15 September to hand over the case to more pro-government magistrates.

My client wants to be heard as soon as possible on the charges in question. He wants to use his right to speak. It is not comfortable to defend someone who has done nothing wrong.
