By Saturday, I predict being in a crisis mode where I’ve got areas with no water. However we got here, guys, we’ve got to work together to get through this.

Don’t irrigate outside until next week. This is real folks. This is not a drill.

We made the decision that one day wouldn’t make a huge difference. But then the next day, people were still using too much water.

There is no doubt confusion played a role in the first day.

We are behind the curve, so unless people stop watering outside, we’re going to be at a critical moment this weekend.
