We’ll finally have a new Boardwalk that everybody can be proud of.

The city’s not stealing property. It’s paying top dollar for the property on the Boardwalk.

This clears away the last legal hurdle for us to proceed.

Hopefully it won’t be much more expensive for tourists. But we’re trying to accommodate — I call it — the Orlando tourist.
