I feel like I am getting hit from both sides. I oppose bringing this up just after the impact fees.
It’s a definite economic boost for the state, especially in the post-Christmas season. It’s good exposure for the state. It’s advertising which is basically free.
More people show up for the (general election) than do the primary. Nobody can give a good enough reason (to have it at the primary) other than you’re trying to get it passed.
The economic activity is not isolated to just Park City. It looks like they’re spreading around more, and the spending is spreading.
