Timber Creek’s guards are athletic but young. So we weren’t necessarily trying to take the ball off of them, just confuse them so they made mistakes.

Ashley Baker is our defensive specialist. That’s what she did for us last year, and now her shot is coming along too.

It’s going to be a battle, there is no doubt. Neither team is ever scared of anybody, and they just go at each other.

As long as I’m here we’re going to keep playing tough teams because that’s the only way to really get better. But these young ladies maybe aren’t mature enough yet to handle all these losses.
