It’s always more expensive to do something than nothing.

It’s amazing to me that and 17-year-olds are treated as adults no matter what. If we make a big enough presence and have enough people, maybe the General Assembly will listen.

People assume it’s being tough on crime, but what you’re doing is throwing these kids away. Studies show that kids who are put into the adult system re-offend quicker and more seriously.
