I worked with the school district treasurer (Brian Wilson) on this more than maybe any other project. He realized the magnitude of it.

For someone who lived in Upper Arlington, for example, living in Hilliard keeps them close to their friends, and often close to their children who have often moved to suburbs like Hilliard or Dublin.
We really think this can set the tone for that area. The key was getting the first entrance.
